Grid3D Community is a free home for people who make things with 3D printers. Whether you are unboxing your first printer or running a print farm, this is where you show your prints, fix failed ones together and learn to design your own parts.
Why we built it
Good 3D printing knowledge is scattered across videos, chats and old threads. We wanted one friendly, fast place where questions get answered, settings are shared and great prints get seen. It is open to makers everywhere.
What you can do here
- Get unstuck: post a photo and your settings in Troubleshooting and get help from people who have fixed it before.
- Show your work: share finished prints and works in progress in Show & Tell.
- Dial in your settings: compare slicer profiles and filament experience for your exact printer.
- Learn to design: go from downloading models to designing your own in Fusion, Onshape, FreeCAD or Tinkercad.
- Meet other makers: build a profile with your printers, software and what you like to make.
Who it is for
Hobbyists, designers, engineers, teachers, students, content creators, small businesses and print farm operators. Beginners are very welcome. Nobody was born knowing how to level a bed.
